Little Musicians
Aimed at preschool and after schoolers this pre-instrumental programme introduces children to the world of music through action songs, percussion instruments and musical games.
Through listening and responding to music; learning about the instruments of the orchestra, the conductor and the composer; and performing on a weekly basis, each child develops a love of music and develops a set of transferable musical skills. At the end of this programme children will be in a position to start instrumental tuition.
These classes aim to:
- introduce children to the world of music through games and activities
- develop a set of transferable musical skills in every child that can be utilised when they progress onto learning a musical instrument
- create a life-long love and appreciation for music

Music Workshops for Kids Camps

Let’s Drum
Through games, activities and performing, our drumming workshops allow students to explore the percussion family, develop their understanding of rhythm and improve their rhythmical ability, whilst students perform as part of a drumming ensemble. Our Transition Year drumming workshops incorporate station learning and ensure that each student gets an opportunity to perform on a range of instruments. Each Let’s Drum workshop culminates in an end-of-workshop performance that combines the different rhythms and material covered during the session.
This Workshop Aims to:

Let’s Sing
One of our most popular music workshops, ‘Let’s Sing’ is an excellent way of encouraging and improving each child’s singing abilities.
