The wonderful thing about these programmes is that the children are learning deeply about music without even realising that they are learning.

The children were actively engaged throughout the workshop and Shay pitched every workshop according to each group’s age and ability. The children had lots of fun while it reinforced their understanding of rhythm, pulse ,timbre, structure and dynamics. Teachers picked up practical ideas from the workshop in relation to their teaching of these concepts.
