- Clap to Attention: Looking for a way to immediately get your students attention and focus on you whenever necessary? Come up with a really simple four-beat clapping pattern. When you clap this pattern, the students have to repeat it back to you, making it a really simple call-and-response exercise.
- Movement Break: Incorporate a movement break between different activities or subjects to give students a chance to burn off some steam and refocus. There are loads of different movement break videos to be found on Youtube. Here is a fun one suitable for 1st-3rd class.
