Secondary School Workshops: Benefits of Booking with the Mobile Music School

One of the key ingredients to the Mobile Music School’s massive success over the years, is how we’ve developed our systems and how we operate. Our secondary school workshops have been on the go since 2011! Since then, we have finely tuned how we work, and learnt so much along the way. We’ve taken these lessons on board, to make sure that booking with us is seam free, and the best possible experience for schools. Our Booking System

We’ve learnt over the years that our organisation has to be airtight to ensure the best quality secondary school workshops. Considering this, a few years ago we developed a CRM system, and a new booking form, to ensure there was no room for error on an organisational side. We’ve seen a huge improvement in our bookings since we’ve done this, and our workshops are running a lot smoother as a result!

ETB Registered

We are set up with the ETB, to make payments easy for schools. As we are already registered, it cuts down on paperwork for schools, and makes the payments much more straightforward.

Payment System

Further, our payment system is well run, to ensure the payments are straightforward. We use an online system to send our invoices once the workshops have taken place, and these invoices are paid by EFT. Our foolproof payment system means there is little room for error with the payments, making them as easy as possible.

Our Scheduling

Our well run systems carry over to our calendar scheduling as well. Our calendars are tightly organised, as we often book up many months in advance! This calendar system makes booking with us much easier for schools, and a quicker and easier process.

Customer Service

We have a great team in our office, with a managing director, two office managers, accountants and social media managers- we have support from every angle! We really pride ourselves on our fantastic customer service, and believe that this gives us the edge over other music schools. Our customer service means that any issues or queries are answered and resolved immediately, and schools have that extra reassurance and support from us.

Reputable and Established Business:

The Mobile Music School was established in 2011. Since then we have worked in hundreds of schools and are frequently asked to return year on year. In addition, we are always welcoming new business along with our returning customers. Further, our business is growing all the time, so there is always a chance to progress.
