We are delighted to report that the students of Marist Primary School, Crumlin, Co. Dublin have just successfully completed a term of violin classes as provided by the Mobile Music School.

The classes were delivered by experienced Mobile Music School tutor Cathy Desmond, BA HDip LTCL and culminated in a selection of impressive house concerts. All students from Junior Infants to 5th class are currently receiving music tuition as part of the school curriculum and we are delighted to see such a high uptake of our music lessons.

Bravo to over 160 students in classes from 1st to 5th class who performed at concerts in the hall yesterday. Lots of singing, dancing and playing took place over two hours in two memorable events.

Special thanks to Ms O Byrne who accompanied on keyboard. Thanks to Tony and his team who helped with logistics. Bravo to Ms Curtin who played polkas and jigs with 5th class. Well done to all the students who announced the items and the students who helped as leaders. More power to the happy dancing feet of Aoife and Katie in 4th and 5th class. Thanks to Sr Geraldine Campbell for her gracious words of praise and encouragement.
